  • Game rules, roles, and briefing materials are the intellectual property of the organiser and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or transfer tickets to another person without prior written approval from the organiser.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All game content, lore, scenarios, rulebooks, and materials published on this Site are owned by or licensed to Megagame South Africa. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Megagame South Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any event or use of this Site. Participation in megagames involves physical activity; you attend at your own risk.

6. Photography & Media

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in such materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify the organiser in writing before the event.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
